My approach to wellness-the-real-world is practical and balanced, no obscure superfoods or crazy trends required. I believe every day should steeped in joy, supported by good health, and firmly rooted in the belief that we've got to seek all self-improvement from a place of self-love.
I'm Marielle Heidebrink, a Detroit-based holistic health & wellness coach. I'm on a mission to positively impact 10,000 women in 10 years. I work with clients to build a positive relationship with food that supports a healthy and happy body. You're not going to find any one-size-fits-all diet or crazy dogma here. I want to help everyone make friends with their body and find food that loves them back.

When you peek around you'll probably notice that for the most part my recipes don't adhere to any strict guidelines, with the exception of one: no gluten. I've got celiac disease, and I don't really make food I can't eat, so alas, no gluten in this corner of the internet.
What you will find is lots of support for this thing I call wellness-in-the-real-world. I'm all about stress-free wellness that actually works. That means we're leaving fad diets, biohacking, BS, and impossible guidelines at the curb. My areas of expertise? Weight loss, digestive wellness, emotional eating, and stress management.
